The Return

Haven't posted something new in about 9-ish months. It's been too long. In that time period, a lot has happened. I'll give you a quick little run down of things. My sister is getting married and is also pregnant so that means I am a soon-to-be uncle. Feels a bit weird but nothing I can't handle. My cousin is marrying a wonderful girl named Melissa and I couldn't be happier for the both of them. I am attending San José State University in the Fall and I couldn't be happier about that either. That was just a brief summary of my past 9 months. Maybe one day I'll post some more about that but for now, we'll focus on the present and talk about today. Today was a great day. Why? It was a great day because I spent it with wonderful people that I will miss when I embark on a journey to college. These people are my friends who have been by my side throughout all of high school and in 3 months I won't see them for a while and I am saddened by this. So I cherish these remaining days but I also remind myself to stay happy and remember that college will be a wonderful experience for all us and that I will always stay friends with my friends. Nothing will ever change that, nothing at all. So with that, I leave you all and try to get a good night's rest. Oh, guess what? I also asked a girl to Prom tonight. She said yes by the way. Goodnight.

Two Weeks

Summer is slowly coming to an end. We all know what that means. School starts in less than two weeks. What the heck. Summer has gone by way too fast and I'm not ready for it to end. In less than a year I'll be graduating and soon after that, I'll be going to college. Think what you want, but I have a feeling I'm not going to enjoy Senior year. I mean of course I'll have a good time with my friends but I know what next summer is going to be like. It'll be my last summer before I go off to college. The summer that I'll have to say goodbye to all my friends that have been with me through all the major events in my life. But until that day comes, I'll be fine.

ANYWAYS.

Tomorrow I'll be going on a day hike in Malibu Creek State Park. Going with Kenny Comma Big and Lumberjack Zach. A day of hiking, cliff jumping, and enjoying the beautiful scenery that nature has to offer will be amazing.

So on that note, I'll be heading off to bed now for a good nights rest.

Growing Up

Damn. The year is flying by and I barely noticed. It seems like just a week ago I walked through the school doors at 6:40 AM and went to locker 1165 for the first time. This school year was a memorable one by far and I am happy that the school year and junior year itself are almost over. Think about it though. Next year I'm a senior. That's going to be my last year ever at this high school and in this town most likely. Next year I graduate and head off to college once summer passes. Sure it'll be fun and all but I'm leaving my friends and family that I grew up with for most of my life. When I get out of college will I still be friends with these people? Will I stay in contact? Honestly, who knows. I know it's still over a year away but if that year goes by as quickly as this year did, Graduation will be here in no time. And to be honest, I'm not looking forward to it as much as I thought I would.

New Week, New Challenges

So begins the new week. Oh, how joyful. I guess this means I get  no sleep! Woo hoo! Homework sucks but you know what else sucks? Vacuums. I feel like I'm getting sick and that really sucks because I hate being sick. It's like jumping into a pool of ice in the middle of Antarctica. Yeah, I know I'm weird but so are you so suck it. Apparently I can get a new phone on October 12th which is cool. New phone means spending hours on it. Need some new music so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Today is AJ Stone's birthday so everyone tell him Happy Birthday because he is awesome and he sucks at NHL 11. So next time I go over to his house I'll let you win AJ. Until then keep on sucking, but with style.

The Week

So I've had a pretty busy week so far. I feel like I'm getting used 0 period now. I mean it still is freaking early but it isn't as bad as I thought. Teachers aren't too bad this year and my year so far has been good.... I guess.

Coronation is coming up and I'm dateless. Don't really mind. Girls can be overrated (not really) but oh well. Even if I go it still is going to be pretty fun. Apparently there's a 50 foot gaming truck, which if you ask me is kind of stupid. I guess all the dateless guys can go play some Call of Duty or something. You might as well stay home and do that but whatever floats your boat. As always people are going to be "dirty dancing" for like 1 song and chaperons are going to be like "nuh-uh-uh."

Well I know I said I would try to post every night but that was a lie. Just don't call me a habitual liar and we're cool. Cross Country meet is tomorrow and I'm hoping to break 20:00 minutes. That might be slow to some people but oh well. Cross Country is a lot of fun despite the fact that we run a lot which I honestly do not mind at all. Running is just fun for me and some people might consider me weird for liking me but so is everyone else.

Thank you to AJ Stone for helping me out with my blog. It wouldn't be any better than it is now if it wasn't for me. So as I finish tonight I leave you with a horrible joke and some tunes.
